Delivery/Shipping Policy for Bullboxer under THF

1. Delivery Terms
1.1 Delivery times provided by THF are approximate and should not be considered definitive. Missed delivery dates do not entitle the Customer to compensation or to withhold obligations. The Customer may cancel the order if delivery exceeds 6 weeks beyond the initial estimated date, without liability for loss.

2. Delivery Location
2.1 Delivery is made ex works, meaning the goods are considered delivered when they are set aside for the Customer. The risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the Customer at this point. For goods delivered directly from a supplier, risk transfers when they leave the supplier's premises.

3. Transportation
3.1 If transportation is arranged by THF, it will determine the method and carrier. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must ensure appropriate conditions for loading and unloading.

4. Delays and Storage
4.1 If the Customer fails to take delivery, THF may store the goods at the Customer's risk and expense. THF reserves the right to demand performance of the agreement or dissolve it if obligations are not met, while retaining the right to compensation for losses incurred.

5. On-Call Orders
5.1 For on-call orders, the Customer must place the order within 4 weeks of the agreement. Delivery must occur within 8 weeks. If not met, THF reserves the right to adjust delivery as necessary.

6. Packaging
6.1 Packaging remains the property of THF. The Customer must return undamaged packaging for reimbursement of packaging charges.
