Payment Terms

We offer you the following payment options:

1.1. We offer the following payment methods via Klarna:

Payment by Klarna Invoice ("Pay Later")
Klarna Invoice is a payment method offered by the Swedish company Klarna. With Klarna's "Pay Later" option, you can pay your invoice within 30 days from the date the goods are shipped.

Payment via Klarna Direct Debit
With Klarna, you can conveniently have your invoice amount debited directly from your bank account by direct debit.

Payment via SOFORT Banking
SOFORT Banking allows you to make instant payments without having to set up an account. You log in to the SOFORT Banking online environment using your own online banking credentials. The invoice amount is then debited directly from your bank account.

Payment by Credit Card
The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Simply enter your credit card details into the appropriate fields of the online form and confirm the payment.

1.2 PayPal

Advance Payment via PayPal
Pay for your items in advance via PayPal and have your goods delivered securely to your home while enjoying PayPal Buyer Protection.

1.3 Redemption of Promotional Coupons (Vouchers)

As part of promotional campaigns, we issue promotional coupons with a predetermined validity period. Our promotional coupons can only be redeemed once during the specified period and within a single order process. We reserve the right to make coupon redemption conditional on a minimum order value.

The order value must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional coupon. Any difference toward a higher order value can be covered using our available payment options. The value of a promotional coupon cannot be paid out in cash. The coupon value will also not be refunded if the ordered goods are returned in whole or in part.

Promotional coupons must be redeemed before completing the order process. Retroactive application is not possible. Promotional coupons are non-transferable to third parties. Multiple promotional coupons cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed.

If you have redeemed a promotional coupon and return goods under the statutory right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the items you have not returned. This applies if, after deducting the value of the returned goods, the total order value falls below or equals the respective coupon value/minimum order value.

We offer free shipping.

B. Delivery Restrictions and Delivery Times

We deliver quickly and reliably within the above-mentioned countries through our partner DHL (Deutsche Post AG) to the delivery address you provide.

The delivery time within Germany is approximately 7 working days due to the current situation.
The delivery time for international shipments is approximately 10 working days due to the current situation.

The delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to your payment service provider. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall be considered the end of the period.

C. Returns & Receiving a Return Label

Every return not only means additional work but also poses a significant burden on our environment. To avoid unnecessary impact on your time and our planet, we kindly ask you to be especially careful when selecting your items.

Important: You are responsible for the cost of returns.

Return shipping costs €9.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Every return generates unnecessary transport and packaging materials and requires time.

How to return items:

Unworn items can be returned to us within 30 days. Please note that our return policy applies only to items that have been tried on indoors and remain in new condition. If signs of wear are present, we reserve the right to reject your return.

1. Fill out the return form and pack the items

You will receive a return form in your shipping confirmation under the status “Completely Shipped.” If you wish to return items, please fill out this form and place it inside the package.

2. Initiate the return

Remove the address label from the package and replace it with the return label. The return package can be dropped off at your nearest DHL parcel shop. The post office will issue a mailing receipt for your return. Please keep this receipt as proof of shipment.

3. Receive your refund

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, and if payment has already been completed, the amount will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

How do I report a complaint?

If you need to file a complaint, please contact our customer service first and include meaningful photographic evidence.
